Grapes: Garnacha 100%.

Area: Garnacha old vines in Cebreros-Sierra de Gredos.

Wine type: Pet-Nat.

Vineyards: red grenache vineyards on poor soils with low levels of Organic substance. Sandy granitic soils on 800 m. Altitude.

Wine making: direct press with whole cluster and heavy debourbage only with cold. Spontaneous fermentation starts on inox tanks at low temperature.the juice is bottled with 1005 density to finish the af on the bottle. Without dosage.

Tasting notes: pale dusty pink color, clean, really particular. Good elegand and complex aromatics, with red fruits, Stawberries and cherrys, blended with mint and balsamics touches.

Light and fresh, round and nice at the palar with an after-taste strong and aromatic.

Natural wine, no sulfites added.

Temperature to serve: 8 ºC.
